6. Booking and Reservations

Submitting a contact form, inquiry, design request, or booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

An event date is considered officially reserved only after all required booking requirements have been completed, which may include:

Acceptance of the applicable agreement or contract; and
Payment of the required deposit, retainer, or other amount stated in the applicable invoice or agreement.

Come Alive Events may decline or cancel a booking request before confirmation at its discretion, subject to any applicable agreement already entered into with the client.

7. Event Contracts and Service Agreements

Certain services and rentals may require a separate written contract, rental agreement, service agreement, invoice, or other documentation.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms & Conditions and a fully executed event-specific contract or agreement, the event-specific contract or agreement will control with respect to that particular event or transaction.

These Website Terms & Conditions do not replace the event-specific agreement.

These links may be provided for convenience.

Come Alive Events does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
